Dave and Anne
Have any of you brought onboard an Echo? Was wondering if it synced up easily with Voom. We have the surf and stream package for our up upcoming cruise. Thank you.
Larry Muster
I have but it's been more hassle than it's worth. I used a travel router to share out the wifi. Because the wifi isn't totally reliable and would cut out from time to time Alexa wasn't always available.

twangster
Why not just use the Alexa app on your phone?
Dave and Anne
Better sound quality with the Echo.
smokeybandit
Don't talk about Alexa too much or RC may try to charge you for an extra guest. CrimsonCruiser, bobroo, Larry Muster and 1 other
DJsMrs
we just bring a bluetooth speaker - the sound quality is great for a stateroom... and even on a beach day if we can get away from people we'll use it to listen to our own music that we play from our downloaded spotify lists.
