AndrewB
Has anyone from Canada used the SDM rapid test for the ore cruise testing? Any issues?
Rose City Cruiser
I used them as our pre-cruise testing in February. Very simple process. Book appointment online. Results in 20 minutes. MaryCanadian
willowberry88
We used them for my family of 6 last month at $40/each, the paper work is very detailed and it will be accepted / that said, it’s way cheaper at Costco and other pharmacies and more and more people we know have used these without any issues to cruise so we may consider using a cheaper pharmacy for our next cruise in June. One thing about Shoppers is you can book it several weeks in advance online - other pharmacies like Walmart etc said to check back two weeks prior to trip. Since our last cruise was March Break we did not want to take any chances and not be able to find an appointment so we just went with Shoppers despite the higher cost MaryCanadian
jack168
Shoppers Drug Mart ($40), Rexall ($30), Walmart ($20) and Costco ($16) all work for pre cruise testing so there's no shortage of options Micheleyd, KWong and willowberry88 2
KWong
Would agree that Shoppers is most convenient due to the way-in-advance booking. We've used it for business trips and it's as simple as you'd expect. To be honest the toughest part is remembering to put a reminder in your calendar to go. TonyYOW
I did it at shoppers, but for the last cruise I did it at Rexall, for $30 per test. This is much cheaper than at shoppers.
Lovetocruise2002
Used it twice (December and March). We didn't compare pricing because Shoppers is literally a 2 min drive down the street for us.
