I'm already trying to digest the $950 increase, but the rep also stated they can hold the new reservation but we have to wait for the cruise credit to come back to the account. Any recent personal experiences as to how long that takes? She said she can expedite it but the issue is, if I book with RCCL direct again it will be more than the price I got with a TA.
