Jailman
I cancelled my internet package. Does anyone know how long it takes RC to credit it back to me? It's only been about a week since I cancelled.
CaliCraig
I’ve had canceled cruise planner items take anywhere from 1 day to 20 days to show back up on my credit card as credit. It seems to be hit or miss. You can always call and they will be able to give you a status update. Jailman and Neesa
CrimsonCruiser
I had an excursion cancelled and I swear it took over 2 weeks to get the money back to my credit card. It's gonna be a bit but it will show up. Jailman
NaturalNine
Took exactly 7 days each time I’ve done it, they seem to refund the same day and takes my credit card company the full 7 SemperMom and Jailman
SemperMom
I had the same experience as @NaturalNine. Cancelled shore excursions on 4/1 but the refund didn't show up pending until 4/7. Its posted now though. I figured it would take at least a week so I was happy. I hope you see it post soon! Jailman

Fredsbabe
If you used an onboard credit toward a pkg that you cancel, then rebook at a lower cost, does the onboard credit get automatically applied to the 3nd purchase?

When you refund the prior purchase where OBC was used it will be immediately available for other purchases. You have to tell it to apply OBC to the new purchase, just like the first time, it's isn't automatic. YOLO
