Swar Posted March 23, 2022 Report Share Posted March 23, 2022 I made Prime last December on the Independence. My wife made Prime in January on the Brilliance. Within minutes of making Prime the casino hosts put a sticker on our Seapass Card and the free drinks started flowing. Here on the Explorer the casino host is telling people that the Prime Status does not start until April 1st. I think he is wrong. Even the Club Royale Terms and Condition document states "Members are eligible for benefits, as identified by the Club Royale Reward Program benefit grid, when the Member earns the required minimum Tier Credits associated with the tier level during the annual evaluation period." CruisingOz Posted March 23, 2022 Report Share Posted March 23, 2022 The host is wrong as it starts once you hit the 1500 points. I have noticed that there are good hosts and thoses. Some are proactive and monitor play and have seen hosts actively seek out people to give them a Prime sticker, and then there are those like the one you had who had no idea. recogneyes Posted March 23, 2022 Report Share Posted March 23, 2022 On Anthem last week - list of points still showed 2500 points required but when speaking with host she confirmed it had been reduced to 1500 points but status does not change until April 1st therefore no sticker.
