KatieH
Hello! Considering a 7-night Greek Isles cruises with my family of 5 in 2023 in two rooms across the hall from each other. Tempted to buy now because of the 30% off each person deal. But I've never cruised before - is it kind of like shopping at a Kohl's, where things are always "on sale?" Is this a good deal, or are there better ones that run regularly?
SpeedNoodles
Welcome to the forums! It's almost always 30% off each person, or 60% off the second guest, etc. If you're in North America, it doesn't matter. If you book now, and the price goes down, your travel agent (or Royal Caribbean - travel agent recommended) can reprice it for you. But if you wait, and the price goes up (more likely), you've lost out on the lower price and a better choice of rooms. YOLO book it! ellcee, ChrisK2793 and ChessE4 2
fa-li
It’s kind of like kohl’s, if kohl’s were an airline. The earliest prices are usually the best prices, and as bookings increase, prices creep up. A sale off a higher base price might sound better, but won’t always be less expensive. If you are seeing a price you can live with, seriously consider booking it. Baked Alaska
Jkaczano
If you’re in the US and it’s at a price you can live with, book it now. If price goes down, call to have them price adjust. Better yet, use a travel agent and ask them do it for you. Our agent at MEI travel has been great about it. As time goes on, your selection of rooms will decrease - especially 2 right across the hall from each other. To directly answer your question, prices are generally at some level of sale. Today’s is a little better than most. If you miss it, tomorrow prices will go up quite a bit and then in a day or 2, will come back down to same or close as today. And if it is a popular cruise, prices will only go up ChessE4
