I never received an email but my TA told me he got it. He and his wife were on the same cruise as us (we were vacationing together) so that may have been why. He was able to apply it to our other cruise. I have one booking for a client where we know the FCC's exist yet they do not show applied to the booking. They also are not reflected in "Insight" (travel agent use). Pattycruise Posted February 15, 2022 Report Share Posted February 15, 2022 I'm awaiting word on a CWC cancellation from Jan 7.....no idea if any FCC has been issued.
