Firsttimecruiser36
I unexpectedly will be in a wheelchair come the time I go on my cruise. I was wondering how accessible things on the cruise are and if there are any excursions at Perfect Day and in the Bahamas that may be accessible or at least little to no walking. I won’t be able to walk in the sand but I can walk short distances that are on even ground. Other than that I will need a wheelchair. So I guess I am wondering is my trip now ruined or will it still be a great time.
SpeedNoodles
Welcome to the forums! Perfect Day has beach wheelchairs available that go through the sand so you'd be able to hang out at the beach if you like! I think you may be able to access the Oasis Lagoon Pool without going on sand (but I could be wrong on that one).
steverk
The ship is very but the staterooms aren't. Try to get an accessible room. Your life will be much easier
Thorntor
Have you considered renting a electric scooter? The companies will actually deliver them to the ship and pick them up after the cruise.
