Does having accounts linked affect my time dining

I am travelling with family members and we have our reservations linked in cruise planner.  When we first booked online we all chose MTD.  Now I know that unvax kids are not allowed to do MTD from reading blog.  The 4 year old is in another cabin from mine - will this affect my MTD?  Are we going to need to eat together in the MDR or can we go alone?

With MTD, you don't have to do anything together whether you are linked or not.  Even people in the same cabin can eat at different times if they want to.  Just make each reservation for the people that want to eat together.

You really need to call RCL and have whoever is going to be eating with the 4 year old charged to either early or late seating in the MDR ……. IF everybody is MTD, and the 4 year old can’t do MTD because of being unvaccinated  ……. Who’s he going to eat with and where is he going to eat if none of you are in a regular seating for the MDR?  They won’t allow him to even come into let alone sit at a table in the MTD area being unvaccinated.

When you select reservations for MTD, you choose who you are making the reservations for.  Don’t choose the people in the cabin with the 4 year old.  Those people will have to change to early or late traditional dining but you don’t.
