kadmgs Posted January 28, 2022 Report Share Posted January 28, 2022 I've had that happen in the past where one sailing worked just fine, but the other did exactly what it did to you. I also tried switching browsers and computers, but it was clearly an issue on the RCI IT end. I had to wait until the glitch was fixed. Right now my issue isn't the site, its the app. My Nov sailing on Adventure shows in the app, but my July sailing on Liberty doesn't. I know it will show up eventually. bazingau Posted January 28, 2022 Report Share Posted January 28, 2022 Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but the cruise planner sometimes "saves" you logged into one session and won't let you open another session (even on the same browser). Weird... I’ve experienced this last year purchasing the UDP for the Wonder. It was so annoying and frustrating. It seemed to have resolved on its own.
