His child is unvaxed and requires a PCR test for pre-cruise requirements. We are trying to find a link via mobile app and royal account to upload the PCR test results? You don't upload the proof of test results. You have to show them at the port. The paper proof will be easiest, but they will accept electronic copies as well so I would suggest that your brother-in-law scan the PCR test results and have it saved to his phone as a backup in case the paper gets lost/misplaced/destroyed.
