You should get an email sometime during the week prior to your cruise. The Concierge will be able to book your shows and dining. On Harmony, in a Grand Suite or higher you can eat in Coastal Kitchen. One of my favorite places to eat. If you want to book a shore excursion, the concierge will be able to do that for you as well. 

We have sailed in a CL in the past and the convenience of the SL and CK is really nice. You will enjoy the suite life.

  • Priority Dining Reservations
  • Venues Early Access to Seating in Select Entertainment Venues

  • Royal Caribbean Plush Bathrobes for Use Onboard

The Concierge can do anything that Guest Services can do and more.  They can make your dining reservations before you get on board whether you are eating in specialty restaurants or in the Coastal Kitchen. They can also reserve show times for you.

Jumping in with a related question- I thought just staying in a suite gave you a reserved seating area at shows. Is it a bad idea to count on this and instead we should ask concierge to make reservations? If so, I assume show times will appear in the app early enough to make these requests?

Currently there is no reserved seating. Exception for seats reserved for Star class guests.

Reservations are a requirement and the concierge can, and think does automatically, make reservations pre-cruise once they reach out.

Thanks, Raye - I had forgotten about many of the other things you listed. I just take them for granted.

howdy! Concierge essentially can act as your personal guest services+. They can make reservations, escort you to tenders, check your account, solve issues with room attendant or other crew, explain your drink packages. They also host events and what not to get to know you.
