Cantwait
If your cruise leaves Sunday at 5 pm, can you test Friday at 9 am? It's 2 days prior to departure, but more than 48 hours prior to departure. Thanks
Matt
Welcome to the message boards! It's two calendar days prior. The exact time doesn't matter: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2021/11/19/you-need-get-covid-test-your-royal-caribbean-cruise-2-days-not-48-hours-your-cruise KristiZ, Okgladgal and Cantwait
billdauterive
Can confirm 2 calendar days. My test in November was more than 48 hours out but 2 calendar days (8am test, 12pm boarding). No issue. KristiZ

TBruce77
Say, boarding day FRIDAY You can get tested THURSDAY or WEDNESDAY, up to FRIDAY (but seriously who will wait until Friday, maybe locals who live 30 minutes from the port?) Kids can get tested TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY but not FRIDAY We got tested on Wednesday (so if something goes wrong, we still have 1 more day) I got my Son tested (11 year old, vaccinated but not yet passed 14 days) on Tuesday. Results taking longer and longer to return now, lines are growing longer and longer too. Thank God for telehealth test.
