When Royal changes the ship (i.e., Harmony to Wonder), rather than the customer doing so, do they retain the cruise planner purchases? TeresaMc Posted December 18, 2021 Report Share Posted December 18, 2021 When I was moved from the Navigator to the Freedom all of our cruise planner purchases were refunded and you had to repurchase. Templecruiser Posted December 18, 2021 Report Share Posted December 18, 2021 I’m still waiting for mine. I was on Harmony for Dec 2022. I was booked in a GS, but my email my TA got said there upgrading my suite. This is odd as there is way less suites in the Wonder compared to Harmony.
