Goldie 2001 Posted December 11, 2021 Report Share Posted December 11, 2021 I have recently used some points to pay on a cruise in april. i have been told they dont apply it till a couple of weeks before the cruise if that is the case how does it work with the cruise having to be paid off 3 months before the cruise. anyone had this issue? ChessE4 Posted December 11, 2021 Report Share Posted December 11, 2021 We have only used points for on board credit (OBC), and they delay posting that unless you talk to a representative to have it processed right away for Cruise Planner purchases. It sounds good when they extol the benefits of using their card, but in reality, getting the benefits can be a challenge. There should be a quick, seamless application of points toward a purchase without having to waste time making a phone call.
