AndrewPunch
Don't know if anyone has posted this but I found it interesting. You can see what status a cruise ship is as far as COVID is concerned. https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/cruise/cruise-ship-color-status.html CruisingOz
Matt
In my opinion, that page is meaningless. What I mean by that is the color coding really doesn't mean anything, because it's unclear what the different statuses mean in plain English. It's updated only once a week, and there have been situations where we know there was a case onboard and nothing changed on the chart, and vice versa. While the CDC does maintain it, I don't think there's any value in checking that page personally. CruisingOz
smokeybandit
The color coding was a good thought very early on, but truly is meaningless now. OK so there were covid cases found on the last cruise, so what? That doesn't at all affect the next cruise. CruisingOz
DunkelBierJay
This is like the local covid stats for my area...they only update it every 7-10 days now. It used to be at 2pm every day like clockwork. Personally, I like this, because the govt is probably obsessing about something else now. cruisellama
Effectivity date is not annotated, so I can't tell timeframe for the grades. Probably outdated.
