I was not able to host this in my Star Class room last week due to covid.

I asked in the context of ending our bar crawl in the room.

Thanks!  I’m guessing things will not change by February.  I wonder if I could ask for a few meat trays and extra soda and unofficially host one in my room?  On my last cruise in October I hosted a slot pull and had 60 people show up.  Wonder what’s the difference regarding to crowds?

Spending money in the casino? 🧐😄

Probably some ridiculous hoop the CDC makes RCI jump thru to operate.

I say see how things are at the time of your sailing, and if the variants/numbers are down, go for it, if your gathering is small.  🙂

I have a feeling this might be "ship dependent" "genie dependent" answer.  You will find that with some things star class, the answers will vary between ship/genie.  I have heard of some (since covid) who have hosted parties in their suites and some like @Matt who were not able to.  Your best bet is to ask your Genie when they reach out to you in their welcome email.
