Cruise Planner - Cancel

Guys, I was thinking of canceling Excursion bought through Royal caribbean and maybe rebook at lower price. 

But I don't see any options to cancel. 

It's showing up on calendar and that's it. 

Can anyone help to locate cancel button? 

I'm on symphony... New cruise planner style.

… find the purchase and click on “View details”… see if the Cancel option is available…

Unfortunately, that button isn't there... 

Is it possible since I've just recently bought it? 

I'm on mobile browser, but everything else in your screenshots looks exactly like mine, 

Just no cancel...

That is weird… not sure why. Hopefully, someone else with recent experience with the new cruise planner can chime in.

Very strange. 

I tried to do it this morning from the Mobile Browser and it was a continuous loop for me.  When I would click "Plan My Cruise" it wanted me to sign in again (a continuous loop).  I logged onto my PC and was able to cancel and rebook in seconds.

I know what you guys saying 

But for some strange reason, cancel button just isn't where it's suppose to be.

Thanks, it just appeared for me recently. 

All good now. 

But I can't find confirmation email of purchase as well. Maybe never received it... 

But CC was charged correctly

👍🏼 Also haven't received the emails yet, but everything is showing up in my order history and calendar (I took screenshots just in case!).  The thought of Royal's IT system being overwhelmed during Black Friday sales feels about right.

Yes, most probably. 

Usually good sales on photo package, but on my cruise it's empty, no photo available at all
