When I check out, I receive a decline message: please contact Royal Caribbean (The money is pulled from my accounts when I receive this message). I have tried with different cards and different banks and still have the same problem. I have even called to book and still had the same problem. The bank said there are no issues on their end. Jkaczano Posted November 23, 2021 Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 I had a similar problem once with one of my credit cards. Tried a different credit card and still had the same problem. Turns out that it didn’t like that I was adding a beach club cabana in my name when I already had a water park ticket in my name. I changed the cabana into my husband’s and it went through with no issues. I hope you’re able to resolve it whatever is causing it. I was working on booking my aunt and uncle a jet ski ride on coco cay. I inadvertently chose them both as a passenger and everytime I tried to run their card it said “declined”.
