I am trying to purchase activities/extras before I go on a cruise. When I check out, I receive a decline message: please contact Royal Caribbean (The money is pulled from my accounts when I receive this message).  I have tried with different cards and different banks and still have the same problem. I have even called to book and still had the same problem. The bank said there are no issues on their end. Royal said there are no issues on their end. I am not sure what to do? Please help
