Back to Back Testing Requirement

So @Matt just posted about changes coming to the back to back testing experience.  It seems that RC will be moving to handing out eMed kits in lieu of the onboard Medical Facility testing.  I am curious how that may affect kids on B2Bs, as children are not allowed to use the eMed home testing kits for their pre-cruise test?  Curious as I will be on a B2B with my kids in a few days.  Has anyone done 7 day B2B cruises with children under the vax age, recently with the current protocols?  I get that the odds of this change to eMed kits probably will not be in place by my cruise dates, but it did lead me down the path of a few questions.....  *also thanks to @Matt, @svcruiser, and others who have posted great info on cruising with kids lately!
