BrianB
October 24…For the first time since the re-start, the Windjammer Buffet has opened for dinner on the Oasis of the Seas. The passenger count for this week’s cruise is finalized at 3,630. That’s almost 500 more guests than last week. Almost 1,600 more than just four weeks ago. For a ship that holds approximately 5,600 double occupancy…the numbers are rising steadily. Hopefully we keep moving forward…back to normal cruising once again! smokeybandit
Occupancies going up, yet no covid issues. And all but 2 currently sailing ships are in CDC green status. Right in time for the CDC to screw it all up next week LovetoCruise87, UNCFanatik, WAAAYTOOO and 1 other

Rob&Ana
We will be onboard for 3 weeks starting late Nov. but I was hoping that numbers were going to be below 3000....oh well. I guess its a good sign that things are getting back to normal. Baked Alaska, Neesa and BrianB

The Windjammer is for everyone. They request you use the app to make reservations but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Very strict on ‘washy-washy’ at the sinks. They scan your card when you enter and when you leave so they can keep track of how many guests are inside. They will stop guests from entering if they reach the limit. Everyone must wear a mask while moving around but once seated with your party, you can unmask. When you’re finished and get up to leave, mask on. Tables are also spaced further apart and when that’s not possible, they put a ‘Reserved for Physical Distancing’ card on the table. And, of course, everything is served by crew members. They even have someone who hands you the plate and utensils when you walk in. The drinks are pre-poured so you only have to grab a glass. The condiment station is also manned by a crew member so you touch nothing. When you sit at a table, they turn over a sign that showed the table had been sanitized to the other side showing the table must remain empty after you leave until they sanitize it and turn the card over again. Very crew intensive. PPPJJ-GCVAB, Va4fam, IRMO12HD and 1 other 3
Va4fam
BrianB's Windjammer report is accurate. We were on the same Oasis sailing. Only thing I can add is that the WJ was hoppin' every time we went. Sometimes difficult to find a table! Crew was amazing. We did not make reservations at the WJ and must have missed that memo but had no issues. BrianB

LovetoCruise87
I was very happy that we were on one of the early sailings on Allure back in August. We actually had less than 1500 on board! Neesa and WAAAYTOOO 1
JasonOasis
It is still closed for dinner on Symphony at least on the October 30 sailing which I’m on now, we arrive back in Miami on November 6th. Who know maybe they will open for dinner on that sailing.
cdixon22
We just got off Independence and it was open for dinner. We were told only 1900 on board.
Ampurp85
It was open on the 10/31 Allure sailing. Selection was very limited, they only had one very small end opened.
PPPJJ-GCVAB
Yup…it was also open for dinner on the Oasis Nov3-7. We checked it out for breakfast and for lunch (not every day though) as well as after dinner but ate our actual dinners in the MDR. Never made reservations and always found an available table. We also liked the Solarium for breakfast. Neesa, IRMO12HD and WAAAYTOOO
Strife
I hope it opens up for dinner on the Jewel before my trip.
