Does Windjammer restaurant close at 3pm and Dosent open for Tea

Recommended Posts

Only cruise that I saw where Windjammer was open was Ovation on her last sailing of the season. Matt was on it and said they were at around 75% capacity which triggered the opening. I do not think they will open it for dinner until they reach 60% or more. Can see why, on our last two cruises the MDR and specialty restaurants were not full at dinner.

If you're concerned specifically about tea, you can still get it at Sorrentos or whatever smaller ship equivalent there is.

Cafe Latte-tudes is what it is on smaller ships.

@Mick gracey Are you asking specifically about sailings that depart from England? Here in the U.S., tea time is not really a thing.
