deep1
This falls back to my post about a possible no show.... In that thread I asked if there was a definitive yes or no relating to double double points because if we do get a no show I will be in that room as a solo but having paid full for two... That thread along with calls and internet chats with RCL failed to give a definite answer.... About a split 50/50 on yes/ no. Dawns on me that he may know very soon if he is gonna make it. Then I might not have a double double point thing as I might obtain a new roomate... He already made it clear he can not make the spring cruise we have booked either.... Sooooo.... How tough is it to swap one guest out and bring in a new one? What steps do I need to take? Is there fees involved?
smokeybandit
I believe the rule is as long as one person from the original reservation remains, you can swap other names with no penalty. CrznTxn
Only issue would be if it is a Casino booked cruise. Then the person who had the Casino offer must be present. Normal reservation, no problem as long as it is paid.

One of the original names needs to be on the reservation. deep1

Trying to cover all my bases...Don't want to pay double for a room then not get double double points. Rather just insert someone else... MaryS
I was on Oasis on the Sept 19th sailing and my sister was suppose to come. We had a central park balcony paid in full (I paid for on my credit card). My sister had to work so she was a no show for the cruise (we knew this was going to happen for about a month). I received a refund for the taxes & port charges last week. Yesterday my C&A account was updated and I received 28 points for this cruise (double double points). deep1 and WAAAYTOOO 1
ellcee
It was a few years ago a friend and husband separated right before cruise so they swapped me in.
