However, people in the facebook group I'm in said they had gotten an email so I googled royal up and found the webpage. I entered my last name and reservation # and did in fact have royal up offers. twangster Posted October 5, 2021 Report Share Posted October 5, 2021 For the longest time I could never get any Royal marketing emails. I gave up trying to fix that. I'd get emails about my cruise like changes to the itinerary, reminders to check in, etc. but never when there is a sale or any marketing. Then all that changed and now I get two emails for everything. Oh well. Try the URL that @AshleyDillo posted. Be aware if you booked through certain online travel companies or big warehouse retailers some don't participate in RoyalUp. It's something about the wholesale rates they contract.
