Crown an Anchor question

Completed our first cruise on harmony a couple of weeks ago. We both signed up to the crown and anchor club before the cruise and attached our member numbers to the booking. We both haven’t seen any points on our accounts yet so do you get points after the first cruise or do we need to complete a second cruise first? Thanks all

Try calling Crown & Anchor Society at 800-526-9723.  They're pretty good at resolving issues like this

It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for points to show.  I would call if they aren't there after 4.

The longest I’ve waited is 10 days.  Call them.  Sometimes new cruises have their points added to new accounts for their first sailing even if you create an account before.  C&A will figure it out.  Call them.
