Atricks
After the Odyssey experience last week we went ahead and booked the second sailing (March 11th) That's a Friday departure, so it's a bit unusual in that respect for a 7 nighter. AshleyDillo
3 hours ago, twangster said: Crew rumors are cheap and easy to come by so I found it interesting but never imagined it would come true so quickly. Our NextCruise rep from last week kept goading us about needing to do Wonder and we said it would never happen because we weren't traveling to China. She told us, "You never knowwwwww!" Our Genie also told us about the lifting of the B2B restrictions for the kids and I didn't want to believe that as a rumor either. I always try to consider the source, but I guess hearing it directly from a crew member is a better source than someone who says, "I heard from a crew member that..." on an internet messageboard. sammy79, teddy, SuperStarian and 2 others 4

Afterall, the states are the loyal customer base and deserve to keep the largest and newest ship! Wonder was built for the Chinese market there are far less suites onboard Wonder than any other Oasis Class ship. I'm glad they are sending Wonder here for 2 months I just book my cruise on her but unless Royal is going to make changes and increase the number of suites onboard I think Wonder will eventually end up at her home port either in Hong Kong or Shanghai. Ampurp85
Question.....I thought Wonder was an ultra oasis class ship but she hold less pax according to @Matt blog post than any other Oasis class ship. Is she just bigger in terms of space?

sammy79
I’ve never been on an oasis ship before. Just realized it’s as long as 3 baseball fields. That’s a long ship. WAAAYTOOO

Is she just bigger in terms of space? What makes ultra class is the suite area. The Chinese are a caste system, the uber-wealthy do not mix with us commoners. I believe the area where the 2 story suites were is where the the new area is. It will have its own restaurant, swimming pool and bar. Perhaps someone else could clarify this

AlmondFarmer
Based on the departure times for the itineraries above, Wonder of the seas is not only larger than Allure but also 30 minutes faster to complete a transatlantic transit.
