My son and I were approved and received our KTNs within a week of our finger printing. However, my husband's application says it is still pending. It has been almost 8 weeks! We submitted Nexus renewals March 2021; hubby’s was approved right away but mine and our sons are still pending review. Thankfully benefits have been extended for up to 2 years while they process the backlog. I know that doesn’t help your situation but backlogs may be common for these types of government programs. The Nexus program falls under Department of Homeland Security in their trusted traveller program; not sure what agency TSA Pre falls under.
