sams_fireside Posted September 1, 2021 Report Share Posted September 1, 2021 We are booked on Anthem on 12 September and I understand that we tier match our MLife status with our Crown & Anchor status. We are first time cruisers but Platinum with MLife. I have tried speaking to Royal Caribbean and choosing the Crown & Anchor option on the phone but they weren’t very helpful. I know for C&A purposes guests in the UK can call the main Royal UK number and reach C&A but I don't know if the casino team can be reached in the same fashion.
