I didn't think you could order from Johnny Rockets (beyond breakfast) unless you paid the cover charge - then the milkshakes were a la carte even beyond the cover charge. WAAAYTOOO Posted September 1, 2021 Report Share Posted September 1, 2021 I'm afraid that BC the JR's on different ships were all over the place with the milk shakes. Some ships would require that you pay the meal surcharge to get the milk shake and some would let you order the milkshake without eating.
