Sofla mermaid
Does anyone know if suite guests or pinnacle members are able to board at their leisure, or if they have to arrive at their scheduled time? Thanks.
CrznTxn
Everyone must arrive at their scheduled time. Only Pinnacle members have a slight leeway in their boarding time (I believe an hour each side of their time). All others must adhere to their schedule. barbeyg
On CC, suite guests have reported being able to board 1 hour early/late as well. Sofla mermaid, WAAAYTOOO, Baked Alaska and 1 other
PG Cruiser
What happens if you arrive late for your check-in time?

Boarded in suite last week, leeway 1 hour before or after chosen time. At port terminal opening, Suite guests called fro m line and boarded first, approx 150 in line when terminal opened, 30 minutes before first time slot. Snotarni
Cool. I’d heard (read?) that Suite Guests could board an hour before their Check-in time. Want sure that was happening or not.
BrianB
Curious…are suites ‘allowed to arrive an hour before their designated time’ the same policy at every port? Wondering about Port Liberty.

Wondering about Port Liberty. Supposed to function that way but if it's the first few sailings I'd expect the terminal contractors to make a few mistakes until it settles in and becomes well known. I assume Jr. Suites are not included in this.

I haven’t seen any JS say they are able to. Maybe someone who has sailed will give us a heads up here.
WAAAYTOOO
BC JS were included in the suites boarding protocols but who knows how it’s going to work now. Look on your Boarding Passes and if you see “Suite” on the BP my guess is that you will be included in the early boarding offer. BrianB
I thought it was usually grand suite and above. I have loft suites on the Oasis so that should make me eligible…IF Port Liberty workers are aware of the one hour before procedure. Oh well, guess I’ll see in three weeks. Either I get in early or wait outside for an hour. WAAAYTOOO
Matt
Your concierge will email you 5-7 days before your cruise and give you specific instructions on if/when you can book earlier. But right now they are enforcing check-in times, so I'd plan on that and see if concierge tells you any different. BrianB

It says "suite" on the cruise planner, but "Stateroom" on my Set Sail Pass, so I'll just stick with my chosen boarding time and not risk being turned away. I have a 1pm boarding time anyway, so NBD. Thanks! RCG should rebrand/rename the Junior Suites. JS passengers are being treated like second-class suite guests. WAAAYTOOO

Ha ha... as a solo cruiser, I hate that I only get 3 points instead of 4 (Hi! I'm PG, I'm a CAS Points Addict) WAAAYTOOO
