DandA
Questions for anyone that has tried this. (1) Did you enjoy it? (2) Seems like a lot of food, is it smaller servings? (hate to feel like I am wasting food). IRMO12HD
Snotarni
We did it on Adventure a couple weeks ago... it was AWESOME!! The food was great, the Saki was plentiful; it was a nice way to get a delicious preview of Izumi options. I believe it was 5 courses (last was dessert). joshgates and IRMO12HD
joshgates
Fully agreed with @Snotarni, well well worth it, already booked it for my next cruise It is a lot of food since it's 5 courses, but it's mostly smaller portions. Except the Teppan Beef Fried Rice, that was a huge bowel of it, but absolutely fantastic. Favorite sake was the perfect snow but the she's a geisha cocktail was incredible. DandA
@Snotarni and @joshgates thanks for the input, we went ahead and booked it for our upcoming Adventure sailing as we both like sushi. I saw a Youtube video of the experience and it looked like a great meal. Snotarni, IRMO12HD, WAAAYTOOO and 1 other
Ampurp85
I wanted to book this for my brother but he only eats fish and chicken. The beef rice is a huge deal breaker, I wonder if they allow substitutions?

I can't say for certain but other venues including the Chefs Table makes allowances for allergies/preferences so I don't see why they wouldn't. Ampurp85
@DandA I will book this and ask my concierge if they can make vegetable or shrimp rice.
