Is there a Port Canaveral day resort?

Recommended Posts

Are there any day pass resorts in the Port Canaveral area or anywhere within a reasonable drive of there (1/2 hour north or south)?   All inclusive would be best.   I've only done one daily resort pass in the past but it was outside of the US.    I enjoyed it and wanted to find something similar for this Port stop from NJ if it exists.

We have used this website in the past on cruises to the islands.  There are day passes to these hotel pool areas, but I couldn't tell you how far any of them are from the port:

I suggest looking at the different ones to see what is included.  Just glancing at a few of those, most cabanas provide soft drinks/water but meals/alcoholic beverages are separate.

I'm wondering if all inclusive run foul of state liquor laws.  Otherwise lots of "resorts" aka some guys backyard with a pool would offer "all inclusive" passes.

I’m picturing a redneck, with a big beer belly, no shirt, no shoes, belching as he welcomes you to his all-inclusive back yard. ??

CoCo Key is about 5 minutes from my house.   If you are coming over that far (which really isn't far at all - one road for 50 miles) Sea World's Aquatica is a better water park (also 5 minutes from my house).

If you don't want to drive - My favorite beach in Florida is right there at the port.  Jetty Park Beach is a state park/beach area that is a perfect day on the beach.   maybe a 15 minute walk from the port.  $16 to park for the day (or taxi in)

If you want a more "resort feel", I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Cape Canaveral before (used to be Ron Jon's)  Nice pool area, beach access, right next to Jetty Park and still 5 minutes away from the Port.   https://www.ihg.com/holidayinnclubvacations/hotels/us/en/cape-canaveral/ccvcv/hoteldetail
