Provided the sailing happens, I know there is a chance that it will only be allowed to sail at half capacity. Does anyone know how RC will choose which passengers get to sail? I thought maybe it would go by booking date, or they would ask for volunteers and offer them something to re-book their cruise. Thoughts?
