USCG Teacher
So, my Oasis of the Seas cruise out of Bayonne for the summer has been Lift & Shifted again, now into July 2022. To be honest, I'm not disappointed. I had a fully refundable "backup vacation" booked for this summer in case this happened, and I'm guessing (hoping?!?) that we'll see fewer restrictions and mitigation measures next summer. In any event, my original cruise was Sunday to Sunday, but next summer it shifts to Friday to Friday, which means we arrive at Port Canaveral on a Sunday. What's odd is that there are NO Shore Excursions listed for that day. It doesn't even show up under the shore excursion tab. I know it's still a year out, but it seems a bit odd to not have ANYTHING there. Is anyone else seeing this? Any insight beyond "they just haven't gotten to setting that up yet?" ConstantCruiser
Florida is pretty much open as usual right now so I'm guessing they are just busy focused on restart ship excursions.
barjpoe
One near by place to go is Cape Kennedy. Either on your own or there should be a shore excursion thee. They have, in the past offered transportation to WDW and Universal, but remember its at least an hour ride each way, so not much time in the parks
CaraMiaBelle
I am booked on a Sunday-Sunday cruise in May '22 and nothing is showing for shore excursions at Port Canaveral for me either. I figure they are just waiting for information to be finalized from each of the locations/vendors. USCG Teacher
cruisellama
Its early and I think they're making the mad dash to get all the closer cruises set up with excursions. Catch up and change is what's going on. Hoping it settles down after the CSO injunction goes into effect. USCG Teacher
LovetoCruise87
It is still early. Our August cruise on Allure still doesn't have anything scheduled for entertainment as of yet. So I am sure that once the early cruises are set with everything, they will begin to work their way forward. I am however seeing excursions for the end of our cruise. If you never done it, air boating is a lot of fun. The best place is Lone Cabbage Fish Camp on 520 west of I-95.
