twangster
If these app projected cruises are accurate it's interesting to see 8 night cruises given the 7 night cap in the CSO. Perhaps they have some insight with respect to CSO updates that may be coming.
smokeybandit
Odyssey isn't even getting here for another 2 weeks with still unvaccinated crew One month turnaround isn't happening.
twangster
Oh come on man! Have some fun! How about this for speculation... Crew said they are headed to Port Canaveral. Hmmm. Why mention PC? @Matt said that PC is moving closer to offering test or simulated cruises. Now we find this in the app for Odyssey: This is followed by... a repo cruise down the coast. Then her schedule is empty for a month.
twangster
Found another tidbit in the app for Odyssey. Matt

Read today that Port Canaveral offers the J&J vaccine to cargo and cruise ship crew. Keep in mind that Odyssey has nearly or does have a full crew on board. Unlike other ships with a few hundred crew currently, she was fully crewed. July 3 may be very optimistic but each subsequent week in July is more and more doable. I also find it very interesting they appear to be choosing a 8-6 rotation. They must feel pretty confident the CSO injunction will be successful. Get the popcorn out... it's about to get interesting. Michael Yudin
We would like to sail to Miami from Israel this spring. Any suggestions? Thanks mike yudin

Thanks mike yudin I plugged in a search from Haifa to Miami on this site with no results. https://www.cruisetimetables.com/cruisesearch.html?id=cse&sailmonth=Any&destination=Any&departureport=Haifa, Israel&arrivalport=Miami, Florida&openjawcruise=&portofcall=&cruiseship=&duration=Any&chartercruise= Might want to consider alternatives, such as piecing a couple (or more) sailings on different ships, etc. Consulting with a travel agent could be worthwhile for you. Cruises from Israel sail only around the Mediterranean However, there IS one from USA to Israel, if that might work. Rhapsody, 17 nights, departing Miami on the 29th of April 2023 and ending in Haifa. To do Israel to USA, the work-around would be a b2b, repo+transatlantic. Again on Rhapsody, depart Haifa on the 6th of November 2023, 6-night repo to Barcelona followed immediately by a 14-night transatlantic departing from Barcelona to Fort Lauderdale on the 12th of November 2023. Seafarer
Quite creative. So how could one sail to St. Thomas, get off the ship and stay on St. John for a week or so, and sail back to the US mainland?
