My husband had this pop up in his phone slots game. How do these things work?

I have used these many times.  Am not sure of current offer terms.  But in past, you need to apply it to a cruise within 30 days of booking your cruise.  And often is for the same year, meaning it might only be for cruises this year.  Read the terms and instructions, easy to follow.  Hope it works for you.

Currently I book too far in advance to take advantage of them.

How do these work? Book the cruise with TA and then apply? Or does the cruise have to be cooked with Casino only?

I am from the UK so I had to ring Club Royale in the Sates to book it was relatively painless and cheaper as I paid in dollars so my cruise planner is in dollars for that particular cruise.

Also I used Skype to call them as they use a toll free number which if you use a landline from the UK there are charges but free on Skype.

For that X% off award, I believe you have to book through RCL and have them apply. But for most of the other rewards (onboard credit, casino credit, etc.), when you redeem it in the game, you will get an email with a confirmation number. You just have to forward that info on to an RCL email address they give you and confirm your name, sail date, etc. The credit will then show up in your onboard account.
