Rosylo
When it says that ship departs at 7pm from port, what time is the latest to board? Wouldn't like to be left stranded...
monorailmedic
Assuming you're referring to a port of call (rather than port of embarkation), the all aboard time is usually thirty minutes before what has been published on the itinerary, but these things can change. The all aboard time appears in the day's Cruise Compass, will be mentioned by the cruise director the evening before and the day of, and is posted on a sign somewhere as you walk off the ship in that port. Personally, I make it a goal to always arrive one hour before this, just in case. Cabs get flat tires, traffic jams occurr, etc. Rosylo
DocLC
A half hour before is pretty typical; however, agree with monorailmedic and you should plan to be there at least an hour before sailing. Traffic in some small ports can be a problem. Rosylo
Matt
If it says 7pm, then 6:30 is likely all aboard. I would never arrive that late. Always give yourself more than enough time to get back and to me, that is at least 2 hours.
coneyraven
Fortunately, there's the upside to booking your shore excursions through Royal Caribbean, there's a guarantee in place to get you back on time. Rosylo
