bryresangel
Here is the situation: We booked a cruise WAAAAAY back when, and of course it was cancelled. We got our 125% FCC, which was enough at the time to book TWO cruises (score!). However, one of those cruises as since been cancelled, and we requested a refund. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, how was the "cost" of the cruise determined? I just want to make sure we get back the full value of that cruise, particularly since part of the original FCC is tied up in the second cruise. Thanks! emmef
@Bryresangel Normally they will only issue a new FCC for that canceled cruise, as it was paid with FCC. USCG Teacher and bryresangel 1
