CruiseGus
will need more ports to provide it, but good for Port Canaveral for leading the way WAAAYTOOO
MuttMutt
Galveston will not be far behind once the new terminal is finished I suspect RCCL will have it available for their ships. They already have an LNG terminal not far away in Freeport so getting it there should be pretty easy compared to other ports.
twangster
Nearly two years ago an Executive Order authorized LNG by rail. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/04/15/2019-07656/promoting-energy-infrastructure-and-economic-growth The US DOT finalized the EO with a ruling in June last year. https://www.phmsa.dot.gov/news/us-department-transportation-issues-final-rule-safe-transportation-liquefied-natural-gas-rail That potentially made any maritime port within reach of becoming an LNG capable port.
