Kata
I have a certificate credit for a cruise that I canceled back in March. Yesterday I booked a cruise for March 7, and I applied the credit that I have but I received an email charging me for the full amount of the cruise without discounting any of my credit that I already have. Why are they charging me for the full amount of the cruise?? Help!!

Matt
I'd also recommend working with a travel agent to make this less confusing krhardy, Kata, RCIfan1912 and 2 others 4
Hagar
FCC's that are submitted electronically are added by "back of house" workers which may take a couple of days. With the "holly-daze" I'd give it even more than that Kata and ehw51 1
PPPJJ-GCVAB
I concur with Hagar...takes several days for the "resolutions department" to manually apply FCC's. Sometimes you even have to call more than once to be sure that the "back-end" staff are actually working on it! It's strange that this huge corporation still has to get certain things done MANUALLY!! Patience helps...but it will get done! Kata
