The question should be "do you get a FULL refund if you test positive before boarding"?? I know RCCL and other cruise lines are going to kick themselves as this will most definitely be an issue. Testing probably has flaws, but it will instilled confidence the cruise industry is taking advantage of more options to curb spread. The kicker is, what about excursions? For example, going to an "all inclusive" instead of a cruise. Or going to a domestic destination.
