Jill
It finally posted today to my CP. I’m able to take advantage of the great sale prices which left me with $400 left over! I decided to get The Key for $20. I originally got the DBP with VOOM but since VOOM is included with The Key, I rebooked just the DBP. Also did Ultimate Dining and CocoCay Beach Club. I still have $225 left and still have $100 to add for stock holder OBC. I may splurge on a spa thing or buy really good champagne! This one (October Symphony) better sail! Hung up, ate and when I got back in the car, I checked my CP before I called again and it was there! The site was real sluggish Tuesday morning. Kept directing me back to sign in when I hit the plan my cruise button. I think they were updating credits and such because 45 minutes later, the site was running smooth and my credit was there. MJO
What are your experiences after applying your Cruise Planner credit? How long does it takes to appear on your Cruise Planner? I'm waiting for mine to show up and would like to have an estimated. Thanks for your help.

Hoski
I came on today to find out how to apply the 125% to a specific cruise and you lovely posters answered my questions without me asking. We have a ton from 2 canceled cruises and want to apply it to the cruises we will spend more. I also don't want to apply it to August cruises in case they are canceled and the September cruise is just hubby and our youngest. They were pretty big amounts so I may cancel some of my planner items and rebook. Also, going to buy some excursions that I was going to book privately. Are you saying if you have money left in your planner at the end of the cruise you can get a refund for it at the casino? It's not exactly a refund. What you are doing is charging to your onboard account at the casino which eats into any OBC that you would have left. At the casino cashier you can get cash and they charge it to your room with a 5% service fee (no fee if you have casino loyalty status). Some ships even have the ability to add money to the slots machine directly which has no service charge (or didn't the last time I did it). I did that and then cashed out at the slot machine for a ticket and turned that into cash. Okgladgal
CruzOnBye
I have say, I had the quickest phone call with RCCL in 6 months this morning! I wanted to go ahead and apply my 125% cruise planner credit to our August sailing, so I called the cruise planner line and literally had zero wait time, I was connected immediately. I paused in disbelief when the sweet woman answered. It was refreshing after the hours upon hours many of us have had to wait on the phone for our cancelled sailings (Until many of us smartened up and snagged an MEI TA ) It's pretty awesome having that leftover amount on my planner. Here's to August guys! #StillGoing Kcusack89 and WAAAYTOOO
SpeedNoodles
When you applied for your 125% OBC did you get any confirmation that you chose this? I'm thinking about it, but even with 6 sailings booked, I am not sure I will be able to go on any of them for sure and don't know what will happen to that OBC if we end up canceling. I tried once but there wasn't even a "submit" button available once I filled everything out, so I am assuming that it did not go through but I have no idea if it did or not. That's great. WAAAYTOOO
Even though we chose 125% FCC for our cancelled Cruise Planner purchases for our cancelled May Majesty cruise, they ended up refunding (presumably...we haven't gotten a dime, yet) them instead. I'm not terribly upset about this as it was only for 2 refreshment pkgs and the value is minimal. ....but we had asked for the 125% and did not get it. Michelle said that this had been happening very frequently lately. SpeedNoodles

Once I knew I needed to start applying credit to my August sailing, I called RC cruise planner line and they applied in 5 mins to my cruise planner. Now I can go in a use it on anything I want which is nice.
SpeedNoodles
I just don't know if I got it or not. Sitting on hold with Royal for 6 hours doesn't sound appealing. I'm just hoping it didn't go through in the first place.
