Zacksk
I got email that my promotion complimentary( not free have to paid upgrades extra person and tax+ fees) cruise on July 19 2020 Has been canceled. On email got 3 options like money back or credit or Lift and shift Lift and shift say. ‘ We will price protect the original pricing and/or promotion on the same itinerary, length, product, and stateroom category as your original’ When I called to rebook for next year they told me that lift and shift is not applying to my promotion and only option I got is refund or credit. What is right? Is lift and shift protect pricing , discounts and promotions or Royal Caribbean make rules how ever is profitable for them? Royal Caribbean is not doing lift and shift Just because promotion I got is call complimentary cruise(NOT FREE)what I deserved after years of royalty and lot of $ spend on cruises and casinos. I’m Very disappointed with Royal Caribbean
rjac
Hey Zack, Did you go through a travel agent or did you book your cruise directly with Royal? If you used a travel agent, let him/her do this for you. Baked Alaska
USCG Teacher
My guess is the e-mail you got after cancellation was automated, it's been my understanding since the launch of L&S that Casino fares were ineligible. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. http://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal/General_Info/CWC_Enhanced_FAQs.pdf

Promotion I got was from casino department Baked Alaska
Matt
I'd hate to give up on a free cruise too, but there will be other casino comped cruises in the future.
