Jill
How long did it take for your 125% OBC to show up in your cruise planner? Ours was assigned to our October Symphony on Tuesday (TA had to do it) and it’s not shown up yet. Given I missed the last sale a few weeks ago, I don’t want to miss this new sale. mworkman
I was told by a TA that it would be a week before is shows up, we just did this Tuesday, so now the wait till next Tuesday.
Crazycruiser50
They told me the same thing and I didn’t want to miss out on this weekend’s sale. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a 10 min hold he did it immediately. They have the ability, it’s just a matter of finding someone willing to do it. You might be out of luck since they will force your TA to handle it. DDaley

Do you know if it is refundable (I would hope so!) or if it can be assigned to more than 1 cruise? Since our July 29 one just got cancelled, we have ~ 1600 due to us, and 2 cruises scheduled (3/21 & 1/22), and don't know if we want all of it to go to just one. It is not refundable and it can only be applied to one cruise. Whatever you don't spend before the cruise in the Cruise Planner becomes OBC to use on the ship. I've cashed out OBC at the casino before (5% fee) but I'm not sure if that's still an option.
Crazycruiser50
After buying Deluxe Drink, Unlimited Dining, and The Key for 2 of us, we still have $221 left. My kids will easily spend the rest at the arcade and Ben and Jerry’s WAAAYTOOO, Jill and Baked Alaska

Leroyr55
I’ve been waiting since early April for my 125% OBC.
Baked Alaska
I had been waiting since the first week of March for a $300 refund from canceled Cruise Planner purchases, as we had canceled our Oasis on the CWC program. I called on April 2nd and was told by a CSR that, yes, you would be getting it, to give it another ten business days. I gave it until yesterday and then called RCCL. The very nice and helpful Levi at RCCL told me that the $300 (why that amount? they couldn't tell me) was add to the FCC for the canceled cruise (and this is verified by Sharla at MEI). However, we both find this odd since I (ME, BAKED ALASKA!) canceled the cruise planner purchases TWO DAYS BEFORE we canceled the cruise! In the end, it is okay, just strange. We were cancelled in March (for a May Cruise) and our OBC certificates came last Friday the 15th and my TA (Sharla at MEI) had them applied this past Tuesday. If you booked through RC, I’d call and inquire. If through a travel agent, you’ll need to call them.
melmar02
We were part of the mid-April cancellations that extended the closure to June 11. In the email I received from RC, they said we should have the certificate for the 125% OBC on Cruise Planner purchases by 5/22. I haven't received it yet, and this new sale has me wanting to burn through it too!
DDaley
I received mine but after an hour and a half on hold I decided there would be future sales with equivalent sale prices and gave up! Haha $52 for Booze/Voom combo is soooo so nice I was toying with just paying for it and using my OBC for a 2021 cruise. JUST what Royal wants to hear! Make using the "free" money they gave us just hard enough that I use new, fresh reeeal money. Jill
MJO
Kind of out of topic but I was wondering if you can still use the beverage packages at Labadee? All beverage packages say "Enjoy at Perfect Day at Cococay" but nothing about Labadee, not even in the description.

We’ve applied our OBC to our October Symphony but these prices are sooooo good and the OBC hasn’t been posted to CP yet. I thought about applying it to our 2021 Odyssey Italy/Greece but that little person on my shoulder keeps telling me to use it now.

Yes, beverage packages are good at both Coco Cay and Labadee Ogilthorpe and NancyL2648 1
