And like on Royal, a sale isn’t always a sale. It’s fun watching the price jump up one or two days before a sale comes out so they can bring the price down and call it a sale. Pricing was down last week to 969 for neighborhood balcony, then went up to 1087, then the “sale” started and it went to 1037.
