And they actually said they made a mistake and cancelled the refund so would now reissue the refund. So maybe call and see to be sure as with he amount of cruises cancelled things are falling through the cracks. I spent 5 and half hours total on the phone yesterday, broken up over 3 calls. The first 2 calls line's dropped suddenly, without notice. I was hold for about 20 min, then they sent me to another dept with took another 10. Then that person had to put me on / off hold to speak to resolution center. Whole thing took about an hr to get final answer. Have to admit everything they told me was right. Told me I would have FCC by the 13th ( received it the 11th).
