Casino Royale and lack of any offers

I have been checking my Casino Royale offers for the past month or so and I have not seen any at all. 

I thought this was odd so I called and was told even tho I am Prime there are no offers available to me.

Are others getting offers ?

I did however get a great comp balcony on Celebrity Apex for November though, not direct through the casino program but through a third party based on my land casino offers and my MSC offered comp cruises.

Only offers I have seen are the 4th quarter Caribbean sailings they are trying to get everyone into.  Depending on your various levels it varies from discount, to interior, to balcony, to JS and freeplay

Other than that it is a waste land and not like we have all become accustomed to seeing with multiple offers per month

And it’s not just direct not having anything either. After 3/31 there’s been no MGM Mlife offers available on RC either.

I had offers last year that I had no time to take, but there has been nothing during this crisis (and that has been a bit surprising). We’ve got so many booked through the fall and spring that I don’t think I would have any time for any free cruises (same thing that happened to us last year when we had more cruise opportunities  than time to go).  On the positive side, I did get to finally use some of those MyVEGAS points for OBC’s!

I am prime status but this is the first month in a long time that I had no offers listed.  The Club Royale rep confirmed that this is not a website issue BUT he did offer for me to use my annual status offer despite it not being posted on the website yet.  I was even able to use it to book Odyssey of the Seas! 

Lesson Learned: It doesn't hurt to call if you want to at least use the annual status offer.

I just spoke to Casino Royal and also was told I did not have any offers. Prior to May 1 I had 3 free cruises offered. Now nothing and my past offers have disappeared. The help I received was less than desirable. We love cruising and now have time for it at this stage in our lives and are very disappointed. I understand that this is very unusual times however, the lack of transpierces is a little off putting. I trust cruising but I will not gamble next time if someone doesn't fix the problem.

I checked my account today and there was nothing there. Not surprised though as I used the summer offer for a week on Harmony, and the fall offer for a four night solo sailing on Indy.
