Somehow our email addressed got corrupted and we began receiving offers to our email address but with someone else name in the body of the email. The person's whose name's in the this " this offer is intended for" is are friends who I booked a cruise for at Next Cruise about a year ago. Somehow our email address/prime member names got corrupted. I have called Casino Royal at least five times trying to get this corrected. They now say that our friends names have been removed and the issue is fixed.....still no offers or correspondence from Casino Royal and it has been almost a month. Has anyone else had this issue? My email address somehow got corrupted with Club Royale and I haven't gotten an email offer in many months. Dan got them for a while but he hasn't gotten any lately, either. The snail mail offers quit coming about the time of the onset of the plague. The only way we have been able to know if we have any offers is to go to the website. It is extremely limited in useful information but at least you will know if you have any offers. That's the way we booked the last 2 casino offer cruises (Symphony on 1 August and Oasis on 13 December). We also were told there was an email address issue, but that all offers would also arrive via snail mail. I looked on the account that mine had been corrupted by and she has a new offer, 20May108,for a free interior room. Have any of you received that offer? It appears my offers are still going to her Crown and Anchor number. She has only 16 nights and has never received even a $100 certificate at the casino. Peanut Posted August 3, 2020 Report Share Posted August 3, 2020 I have been having this problem since September 2019. I have called them every month and they claim it is fixed. The one time they actually fixed it only lasted a month until I booked another cruise. When booking I said numerous times to make sure no data was being crossed into other accounts. The assured me it was all good but it actually screwed it all up again. I have about 20 hours of time invested into phone calls to fix this issue (at least one call per month since Sept. 2019). After the last booking with Royal my emails from Celebrity are now screwed up. The upgrades to Suites were great....just like in the old days. Now....if we can just get going.... But you're right. There were no offers for a very long time. I saw ours on the clubroyaleoffers.com site and called them...and booked...and then yesterday I got an email. Do you think They think cruising won't start up again until April and that's why we got those offers rather than ones for say Jan-Mar? I just got an amazing bit of info on our October cancelled Casino comp- we originally booked the 3 night weekend getaway on Mariner and what was offered to move to (in addition to the Mariner for Jan-Feb) is a 7 night on Harmony or Allure. I am utterly shocked and we are for sure jumping on it. I am not sure if this has already been discussed but I definitely thought of you when our agent told us this! I was blown away! So we'll get a 7 night on Oasis class for the same price as the 3 night on Mariner?! I just can't believe that awesome offer! Lost a great JS Casino cruise early on (June) before they allowed the L&S through the Casino. They informed us about the policy change 2 days after we cancelled it. Had to use our annual comp and pay for the upgrade for booking a new one which they actually gave us a great price. I usually complete the check-in for my parents and used my e-mail. Somehow Club Royale e-mail system trips up whenever there are duplicate e-mail addresses for multiple C&A numbers. I don't recall ever seeing a casino comp offer for Alaska - ever. We booked 23 May 2021 Serenade. We were lucky enough to snag the 2 BR Ocean View Suite (no balcony). FRUSTRATED TEXAS SLOT PLAYER My offers stopped showing up early this year, I called and it was the same email issue, they fixed it on the spot, withing a few weeks I received an offer on the Symphony for December 12th. I have noticed however that I have to check the offers page, the emails from casino royale don't always show up. September has been the only month that I did not receive an offer since March. I am very grateful they are letting us move our canceled comp'd cruise up until Feb 28th,! Happy sailing everyone and lets hope we all are on one of these magnificent ships VERY soon! Since it will likely be cancelled we figured it was just going to be lost. After a quick look at this thread it sounds like it might be possible to move it. We were lucky to upgrade all the way to the Owners Loft Suite for a good price so doubt that will happen but it would be nice to at least move it to another sailing. After the last round of cancellations we moved a casino comp cruise from Sept 2020 to Feb 2021. IIRC, Feb 2021 was the furthest out they were allowing cancelled cruises to be pushed. Who knows what they will do next time. Previous to this last round of cancellations, we had lost any casino comps that were cancelled. You are automatically enrolled when you use your seapass card in the casino (either in the slot machine or at the table). Like all loyalty programs, your rewards are based on your level of play in the casino. The more you wager and the more you play, the better your rewards. You accumulate points on your cruise(s) and every year your account gets restarted back to -0- and you get to start all over again !! Of course, no one has sailed this casino year yet (the casino year goes from 1 April - 31 March of the following year) but Club Royale extended everyone's current level for another year anyway. Frustrating as it was, I am happy to be back on their e-mail offer list. We too, have had many cruises cancelled but RCCL has extended the dates to allow us to rebook the offers. We have reused all of our FCCs and hopefully we won't have to rebook and move them again. We have two cruises booked in November and one in December that I hope do not get cancelled but don't feel like we will sail until 2021 at the earliest. I hope I am wrong. The agents at Casino Royale are hopeful that November will be the first sailings out of US ports. So far, we have booked the following cruises: Oasis - Nov. 8, 15 - W. & E. Caribbean - Ft. Lauderdale Jewel - Dec. 11 - W.Caribbean - Galveston, including Panama and Columbia - 11 day Jewel - Jan. 17, 24, 31 - W. Caribbean - Galveston Liberty - May 23 - W Caribbean - Galveston Quantum - June 14 - Alaska - Seattle ---latest Casino Royale offer:). Surprised to see Alaska on the list! Brilliance - Aug. 14 -S. They track your gambling and have set tiers for their membership. You need to gamble and attain 2,500 points to qualify for Prime and then are entitled to a free yearly cruise off of their list. The next tier is 25,000 The more points you get the higher cabin category you are entitled to. In addition to this, If you gamble and attain 2,400 points on a single cruise you are given a free inside cabin. This would be in addition to the free cruise you attained for the year. 3,600 points and outside cabin, etc. They have a brochure in all of the casino's that detail the complete program.
