Ampurp85 Posted April 21, 2020 Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 With a refundable fare you are entitled to a full refund as long as you are not within the final payment threshold. This is in regardless to cruise with confidence, as cruise with confidence is primarily a FCC program and will offer no cash like refund with the exception of port fees, taxes and gratuity. With cruise for coincidence you can cancel up to 48hrs of certain sailings and receive 100% of the fare in FCC. As opposed to when you normally would be penalized the $100 change fee and the rest being turned in to FCC according to the penalty. The cruise with confidence program is not a mainstay and not valid on all sailings.
